Frequently asked questions about life coaching

How does it work?

The usual pattern is regular telephone calls or arranged meetings (2-4 times a month). During the call/meeting you discuss any relevant issues and plan what action you will take to move your life on. You consider possible problems or issues that you may encounter and plan how to overcome them. At the following meeting you review your progress and move on to the next stage.

Generally people commit to coaching for a minimum of 2 months (or 6 sessions), but it is entirely up to you! Sometimes people get what they want from just one or two sessions, but to achieve more radical and lasting change you will probably find 3-6 months more helpful.
